Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document. Where context permits, references to the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the betkhala platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order issued by betkhala or any responsible gaming authority.
• You must not currently be registered as a problem gambler with any self-help organisation or gaming exclusion register.
• You must not use the platform if online gambling is illegal under the laws of your country, state, or territory of residence. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Employees, directors, and immediate family members of betkhala or any of its affiliated service providers are not eligible to hold an active betting account on the platform.

betkhala takes its age verification obligations seriously. In order to protect minors, we reserve the right to implement additional verification checks at any point during a Member's use of the platform. Any deposits made to an account that is subsequently found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be refunded, and all associated winnings will be forfeited without exception.

Account Registration

To access the full range of betting and casino services on betkhala, you are required to register a personal account. The registration process is subject to the following terms and conditions.

betkhala reserves the right to refuse any account registration application at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Account registration does not constitute an agreement by betkhala to provide any specific service or promotional offer to the registering individual.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers, and game participation on betkhala are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport and game-by-game rules are published within the relevant sections of the platform and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference.

• All bets must be placed using available real-money or bonus wallet balance. No credit betting is permitted.
• Once confirmed by the platform, a bet cannot be cancelled by the Member except where a cash-out option is specifically available and activated by the Member before the relevant event concludes.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted at the discretion of betkhala. Connectivity issues on the Member's end do not entitle the Member to cancel or modify an accepted in-play bet.
• betkhala operates casino games using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. All RNG-based game outcomes are final and cannot be disputed on the grounds of perceived unfairness.
• Any evidence of bet manipulation, arbitrage abuse, use of bots or automated betting software, or exploitation of platform errors will result in immediate account suspension, voiding of all related bets, and forfeiture of any associated winnings.
• betkhala reserves the right to void bets on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity violations, regardless of whether the outcome has been settled.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the relevant market interface. These limits may be adjusted by betkhala at any time without prior notice.

Deposits & Withdrawals

betkhala supports a range of Bangladesh-native and international payment methods to facilitate the deposit and withdrawal of funds in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment transactions are strictly prohibited.
• betkhala reserves the right to request supporting documentation (e.g., bKash transaction screenshots, bank statements) to verify the source of any deposit before processing a corresponding withdrawal.
• Withdrawals to a payment method other than the one used for the original deposit may be declined pending additional identity verification.
• betkhala does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which betkhala accepts no responsibility.
• In cases of suspected money laundering, fraud, or violation of these terms, betkhala reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation, for a period of up to 30 days or until the matter is resolved.
• Deposited funds that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a processing fee if a withdrawal is requested immediately after deposit, as betkhala is not a financial institution and may not be used solely as a fund transfer intermediary.

Bonuses & Promotions

betkhala offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Members only. betkhala reserves the right to determine eligibility criteria for each promotion at its sole discretion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses via duplicate accounts will result in permanent account closure.
• betkhala reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and actively in progress, except in cases of abuse.
• Bonus funds that remain unused after the specified expiry date will be removed from the Member's wallet automatically without compensation.
• Misuse of promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing opposing bets to minimise wagering risk, or exploiting bonus terms in bad faith — is strictly prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• betkhala's decision regarding the validity of any bonus claim, the satisfaction of wagering requirements, and the eligibility of any bet towards wagering requirements is final and binding.

Responsible Gaming

betkhala is committed to promoting responsible gambling and to protecting the wellbeing of all Members. The platform provides a suite of tools designed to help Members maintain control over their gambling activity. Use of these tools is voluntary, free of charge, and available to all registered Members at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on the betkhala platform — including but not limited to the betkhala brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game content, software, databases, user interface elements, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of betkhala or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, frame, scrape, or create derivative works of any betkhala content without prior written permission.
• The betkhala name, logo, and associated brand assets may not be used in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent from betkhala.
• Game content and software provided by third-party studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and others) remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to betkhala for display on the platform.
• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the betkhala platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• Any unauthorised use of betkhala intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betkhala's aggregate liability to any Member arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• betkhala expressly excludes liability for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind, even if betkhala has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• betkhala is not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, natural disasters, government actions, or actions of third-party payment providers.
• betkhala is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or charges that may be applicable to your winnings under the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on gambling winnings.
• Software errors that result in games being played or bets being settled incorrectly will be investigated. betkhala reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes. No further liability arises from such errors.

Amendments & Termination

betkhala reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the betkhala platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

betkhala reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member's account at its absolute discretion if that Member is found to have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct, provided false registration information, or acted in any manner that betkhala considers to be detrimental to the platform, its Members, or its business partners.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the betkhala platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and betkhala with respect to your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Any failure by betkhala to enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online entertainment services. By using the betkhala platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authorities in resolving any dispute that cannot be settled amicably between the parties.
